Mr Michael G Smith

Medical Services Manager

Michael has worked in the healthcare sector for the last 16 years. Starting his career with South Western Ambulance Service NHS Trust; he has worked in various NHS roles before employing his experience and skills in delivering medical cover for major events around the UK including: air shows, festivals, athletic events and international motorsport events. He has a passion for project management and operational planning and he enjoys the challenge of practicing these skill with charity work abroad. Michael has travelled extensively in Nepal with this work teaching emergency medicine and disaster response in hospitals, in large institutions, and in small collages around the country. In 2019 he established Exult Medical after seeing the opportunity to improve the quality of event medical cover available to clients. He aims to delight the client with the experience of the attending clinician and the punctuality, presentation and preparedness of the service as a whole, from start to finish.
